Dr. Maharathi
Dr. Maharathi graduated from University of California at Berkeley where he studied biology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Connecticut, and completed his postgraduate training in Periodontics at the Oregon Health & Science University and at the VA Dental Services in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Maharathi currently is an Assistant Professor at the UOP School of Dentistry where he spends one day a week supervising dental students and teaching periodontal surgery. In residency his research focused on the relationship between nerve anatomy and dental implant placement.
